How to access the Your Learning Body Membership portal:

1. Log in the upper right hand corner at FutureLifeNow-Online.com

2. Use your email address and the password you use for your other products with us

3. Click on the icon that reads Your Learning Body

 

What if I forget my password or need to change it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, send us an email at support@futurelifenow.com and let us know. We will reset your password and get you able to sign back in!

To change your password, from the main Dashboard, click Settings at the top of the screen. There, you can set a new password within the Change Password section. If you have any password trouble, always feel free to email us at support@futurelifenow.com and we will get you squared away!

 

BILLING INFORMATION

How Do I Update My Billing Information?

To make changes to your billing information, including updating your credit card information and adding or deleting payment methods, you can use this link

When you click the link, you will be asked to enter the email address you used to purchase your membership. Once you do that, an email will be sent to you with a link to update your information.

What If I Need to Cancel My Membership?

We can help! If you need to cancel or make changes to your subscription, email us at support@futurelifenow.com and let us know what you’d like to do. Since this is a membership, if you choose to cancel, you do lose access to all the materials within the Your Learning Body icon of the portal.

This includes:

  • Audio Courses

  • Video Courses

  • Live Events, including the Unlocking Your Learning Body’s Superpower course

Any other courses or Summit upgrades you have purchased separately from Your Learning Body will remain in the portal for you to access at any time.

How Do I Access the Replay Videos?

Did you miss a Live session or would you like to go back and re-do a session on your own? Great news – you can do that whenever you like by accessing the replay videos from the portal.

Here is a step-by-step guide to accessing replay videos:

1. Start at the Your Learning Body Dashboard

2. Find the Live Events icon (use this one if you are looking for one of our many series held throughout the year)

or

3. Find the Core Content icon (use this if you are looking for the current Discovering YLB’s Superpower course)

4. Find the icon for the course 

5. Find the replay from the list of replay videos

What is Downloadable and What Isn't?

In general, membership courses within the icons Audio Courses, Video Courses, and Bonus Items are audio and video downloadable. Please see the icons circled below.  To protect privacy, any courses within the Live Events and Core Content icons are not video downloadable, only audio downloadable. 

Can I Search the videos for something I remember?

Yes! We have a very useful tool to do just that. 

Within the portal, in every course, you find a search option that allows you to search for a word – this could be a body part, a name, a piece of information, or anything else. The function will search every video within that particular course and pull up each place your search was found. 

 

LIVE EVENTS

Do I need to Register for Live Events?

If you want to attend a Live Event in person (on Zoom) you will need to register. Registering allows you to receive the emails we send out about the event with the Zoom link you will need. If you don’t want to attend live and just want to do the replays on your own, you do not need to register (this will cut down on needless emails to you). 

The replay videos become available 24-48 hours after each Live Event session. At that time, they are accessible from the membership portal and available for you to access any time you wish. If you register and don’t make it live, that’s ok too!

What is the Zoom link for My Class?

The Zoom Link for your Live Event class can be found in the portal within the icon for the course. For each course, the Zoom link will be the same regardless of the date and time. 

From the Your Learning Body dashboard, all you need to do is

1.  Click the Live Events or Core Content icon

2. Find the icon for the course you are looking for and click

3. Scroll down and click the red button that says Zoom Link
