Here is a step-by-step guide to accessing replay videos:
1. Start at your FutureLifeNow-Online.com Dashboard
2. Locate the Course or Summit icons you wish to watch
3. Find the replay from the list of available replay videos
All the replays can be accessed in the Future Life Now Online Portal 24-48 hours after the class takes place.
Why Won’t the Video Play?
Having trouble playing the course video? There are several issues that can cause a recording to stop or never play at all. If you’re having trouble accessing our video replays, please try some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, accumulated data can interfere with website functionality. Clearing your cache and cookies might help.
2. Try using a different browser: If you’ve been using one browser, try accessing the website using a different browser to see if the issue persists. Our website works best using the Google Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop.
3. Check your internet connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is crucial for streaming videos. Ensure that your internet connection is working properly.
4. Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions or plugins may interfere with the website’s functionality. Try disabling them temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

How Do I Download the Audio or Video?
There are “How to Download” video instructions that are located beneath each video lesson that you can follow.
To download the video/audio you need to first, play the video, then click the download button. It will show the download options, then click on Audio (MP3), or Video (MP4).
It will automatically download onto your computer. If you cannot locate it, check the “Downloads” folder on your computer.
How can I go straight to the lesson within a video or find a part I’m looking for?
Video chapters are a super useful tool we have set up for you. They allow you to go straight to a section within a replay video, instead of having to search around the whole video to find the point you are looking for. You will find the directions for how to find chapters directly below each video.
To see the breakdown of these bookmarks, go to the icon on the top right-hand side, inside the video player itself. There is a chapter icon, next to the search icon.
When you click and open the chapters, you will see what chapters are inside of that video. And this will allow you to hop around between the different topics discussed.
